Cancellations and refunds
How to cancel, and how refunds work. Online ordering opens soon. These are the terms that will apply to orders from then on.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order until it leaves us or is collected, and we refund it in full.
You get back exactly what you paid: we pay the card and mobile money fees.
Refunds go back to the way you paid.
App subscriptions and packs
Plans and packs bought in the Timekettle app are sold by Timekettle through the App Store, Google Play or the app itself. Cancel or ask for a refund there: Africon does not sell them and cannot refund them.
