How Africon looks after your device once you have it. Online ordering opens soon. These are the terms that will apply to orders from then on.
What is covered
Devices carry a 12-month warranty run by Africon in Accra.
Accessories carry 6 months.
The warranty covers business use as well as personal use.
It does not cover damage from liquid, drops or misuse.
How a claim works
Bring or send the device to us. We test it within 2 working days, then repair it, swap it from our stock or spares, or send it to Timekettle.
Business buyers can borrow a hub while theirs is away.
