NEW T1 help

How-to videos, manuals and answers for NEW T1.

How-to videos

Do I need a phone or a SIM card?: No. The NEW T1 works on its own, with two years of free mobile data for translation through a built-in eSIM. Timekettle lists 84 countries and regions for the free data, Ghana among them.
What happens after the two years?: Use Wi-Fi, a phone hotspot or a nano-SIM, or buy a data top-up from Timekettle.
Does it work without internet?: Voice translation works offline for 44 language pairs among Chinese, English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, German, Korean, Japanese, Italian, Thai and French, once you have downloaded their packs in Settings. Photo translation needs the internet.
